White and Navy Wedding Harness Dress
This tutu harness dress has a white satin top overlaid with sparkling white mesh and is lined for comfort. The top is accented with crisp, royal blue embroidered flowers with Swarovski crystal centers and a matching royal blue bow with a crystal button accent. The full tutu has a top layer of sparkling white tulle and additional multiple layers of white tulle. The skirt has the same royal blue embroidered flowers with Swarovski crystal centers, scattered throughout. There is a crystal D-Ring at the waist.
