Please understand that every Crystal is individually hand set, and although we use an extremely strong bonding glue, these are fantasy collars designed for occasional wear. Pets may also scratch or rub off crystals in play, and with that in mind, a few replacement Swarovski Crystals are enclosed with every collar. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds since every order is custom made. However, we assure you the bonding glue used is extremely strong, and, should keep the custom crystal work intact.
