She will be ready for the summer in this spectacular tulip harness. Beautifully appliqued with an over-sized tulip adorned with a sweet bow. Sweetly trimmed in lime ric rac and gorgeous Swarovski crystal rhinestones. Securely closes with wide Velcro at the neck and chest. Just beautiful! All of my “D” ring attachments are reinforced and triple stitched to prevent wear after repeated use.
