Plum and Pansies Harness Dress
This fantasy harness tutu has a lush royal purple satin bodice and has a striking multi-layer crystal necklace. The skirt is made of layers of folded white tulle with beautiful purple pansies trapped between the layers. This floating dress is a show stopper for your next important event!
There is a D-ring tab for easy leash attachment which is triple sewn for strength. Velcro straps at the neck and waist allow easy adjustments. Velcro should always be closed when not in use or when cleaned to avoid snagging. Tutus skirt/dress skirt will not be as full on larger sizes and appliques will will be the same size, but will appear smaller due to the larger bodice.
